SPYING FOR FRANCE BY MARTHE RICHARD Marthe Richard, France's foremost woman spy, told of her experiences at a meeting of the Paris Pest of the American Legion at Pershing Hall last night. An employee of the famous Second Bureau (the headquarters of the French counter espionage service) she became the close confidant and mistress of Baron von Krohn, then chief of the German spy system in Spain.
