Dr. Albert Schweitzer, world-famous Nobel Peace Prize winner in London to receive an honorary order of merit from Queen Elizabeth, has set up his temporary office in the rear room of a London restaurant owned by a friend of his, Emil Metler. Hundreds of persons queued up to eat in the restaurant to catch a glimpse of the 80-year-old frenchman who has been called the world's greatest man. Photo shows: Dr. Schweitzer at his diningtable-writing table yesterday, catching up on his voluminous correspondence with his famous penholder. He is using Velin D'Alsace, from the country of his birth. Dr. Schweitzer received his O.M. from the queen today. He and president Eisenhower are the only non-british persons ever to receive the O.M.
