On November 27th Aloha Wanderwell, of California purchased a plane with which she will make a round the world flight accompanied by her husband; and a former Australian aviator as navigator. The plane is a Wright J 6 Travelair, can seat three persons, has a thousand mile flying range. The trio who will make the flight are pictured at Roosevelt Field, L.I., when they bought the plane. Left to right - Walter Baker; his wife, Aloha Wanderwell; and Flight Lieut. A.J.R. Downes, navigator and co-pilot of Melbourne, Australia. Anm.
