The Gold Crown from Geumgwanchong, the largest golden crown discovered in Korea. The Gold Crown Tomb (Geumgwanchong) was named after this treasure. It was designated as a national treasure on December 12, 1962.
The crown is 44 centimetres in height and has a diameter of 19 centimetres. It is the largest golden crown from Silla discovered thus far. The crowns of Silla were made in the Korean kingdom of Silla approximately in the 5th-7th centuries.
