Steps lead to the round base, the lower part of which is not decorated; some inscriptions. The central part has a smaller diameter. The statue of the Roman emperor stands on two round stockles. At right, in the background, a wall; at left a fortress. Clouds. On the steps, two persons, standing, and one recumbent.
