COMMISSIONER REX: THE NEW ACTORS From August 2001, ALEXANDER PSCHILL and ELKE WINKENS (both 31 years old) will be in front of the camera for the new Inspector Rex season in Vienna. The two play the roles of "Marc Hoffmann" and "Niki Herzog".
