Butler (right), and Mr. Winthrop Aldrich, the new American Ambassador, chatting together just before leaving London's Waterloo station on the ***** Queen Elizabeth boat-train on the first stage of their journey to the United States.Mr. Eden and Mr. Butler are going to Washington for an exchange of views with members of the United States Government in informal and exploratory discussions of economic matters arising out of the recent Commonwealth Economic Conference.
