This Harmony was compiled expressly for Charles I. by Nicholas Ferrar and his family at their religious house at Little Gidding in Huntingdonshire, in 1635. It is composed of portions of Bibles printed in various types, cut out and pasted on blank leaves, and is illustrated with engravings and cuttings from engravings. The titlepage, index, and explanation are in MS. The ornamented binding was the work of Mary Collet, niece of N. Ferrar. Source: C.23.e.4 411/412.
