They are Rosina Raisbeck, a dramatic soprano, and Thorsteinn Hannesson, a tenor. Both were in the cast, but were asked to take over the leads in the opera 'Lohengrin' when Edith Coates and Franz Lechleitner became suddenly ill with influenza Miss Raisbecdk joined the company after hare arrival from Australia in 1947.
