The four defendants (l-r) Thorwald Proll, Horst Söhnlein, Andreas Baader and Gudrun Ensslin shortly before the conviction in the shopping mall arsonist legal proceedings on the 31st of October in 1968 in Frankfurt am Main. The are accused of having set fires in two shopping malls with a possible danger for people in Frankfurt and of having caused a damage of two million mark.
The defendants received a sentence of three years for arson with possible danger for people.
