Pistol-gunpowder meter, Gunpowder test gun (force meter), percussion, with two iron arcs of which the upper arc is the measuring instrument. The bows are attached to an iron fork. Above the lock plate an iron rooster and below the lock plate an iron trigger guard with trigger, lock plate is engraved with a plant motif. The flask is entirely made of wood and is attached to the lock with a screw. The gun was dredged from a ditch behind the Alexander barracks in The Hague, Netherlands, anonymous, West-Europa, c. 1825 - c. 1875, slot, kolf, engraving, l 25 cm h 20.9 cm.
