BERNARDO RICO (1825-1894). SPANISH ENGRAVER.. Spain, Madrid. Entrance to the Toledo Bridge (Puente de Toledo) over the Manzanares River. Baroque style (Churrigueresque). It was built by the architect Pedro de Ribera, work began in 1719 and was completed in 1732. Engraving by Rico after a painting by Martín Rico y Ortega (1833-1908) . La Ilustración Española y Americana, 1882.
