Golden Fan Holder of Tutankhamun

A gilded wooden fan holder depicting Tutankhamun (1341 BCE to 1323 BCE) riding in his chariot while hunting ostriches. This holder was once filled with a fan of ostrich feathers. The reverse side portrays the king's return with the caught ostriches. This piece was found in Tutankhamun's tomb.
