THE TUNNEL Based on a true story: In 1962, a group of escape helpers in West Berlin wanted to bring their families from East Berlin to the West. Their plan - a tunnel from West to East. But the necessary physical and psychological effort exceeded their strength and caused tension. In the picture: the escape helpers Fritzi (NICOLETTE KREBITZ), Matthis (SEBASTIAN KOCH), Harry (HEINO FERCH), Vittorio (MEHMET KURTULUS) and Fred (FELIX EITNER) in the tunnel.
