Tombs discovered between 1892 and 1893 in St. Francis Square, Victoria (Rabat), Gozo Island, Malta. Clay sarcophagus. It contained the remains of several cremated human beings. Its lid, after being broken, was repaired with small riveted lead straps. These burials were probably reused, dating their last use to the second half of the 3rd century AD, as evidenced by the discovery of coins of the emperor Gallienus. Gozo Museum of Archaeology. Cittadella de Victoria. Gozo, Malta.
