William Henry Baker (17) and Beryl Edna Miller (17), were sentenced in Central Criminal Court last night for the murder of Ernest William Gilleland (73), pensioner, who died in his Botany home on October 6. The Crown claimed he had been bashed to death by the three prisoners and John Edward Martin (20) in order to rob him. March 14, 1951.
