The portrait of William V is flanked by two allusive figures. On the left the winged Fame with her trumpet and on the right a lady with the freedom hat and in her left hand the coats of arms of Orange and Prussia. Behind her, the Dutch lion is watching. On the altar is the orange tree, which is illuminated from heaven by God's eye.
