It was originally the palace that King Alfonso XI built in 1340, later it was transformed into a convent of the Poor Clares by the Infanta Don_a Beatriz, daughter of Pedro I, following the testament of the monarch. Inside view of The Arab baths, built following the models of other Arab baths of the 11th century (hipocasutum system). National Heritage.
