Dr Peter Lindstrom (right), former husband of actress Ingrid Bergman, leaves the Church of the Redeemer in Pittsburgh, with the Pittsburgh physician he married. The 47-year-old brain specialist is shown with Dr Agnes Rovnanek, a resident physician at Pittsburgh's Children's Hospital in a ceremony performed by Episcopal Bishop Austin Purdue. Pia Lindstrom, daughter of Lindstrom and Miss Bergman, and four close friends of the Dr and his bride, were the only witnesses at the brief ceremony. 9 September 1954.
