Knight of the Order of Constantine in ceremonial robes of blue mantle, white tunic and scarlet hose. Said to have been founded in AD343 by the Roman emperor Constantine. It received its official rules and statutes in 1190 from Isaac-Angelus Commenus, Emperor of Constantinople.
