Orig. bildtext... SCIENTISTS TEST WORLD'S LARGEST MICROSCOPE Dr. Arthur Isaac Kendall (left) of Northwestern University, and Dr. Royal R. Rife, of the Rife Research Laboratory in San Diego, Cal., with the world's largest microscope, during tests before medical men and other scientists at Pasadena, Cal. It is capable of a magnification of between 5,000 and 17,000 diameters, and is the invention of Dr. Rife. This new discovery promises to supply the missing link in bacteriological science, science forms of bacteri never before beheld by men were made visible. Six quartz lenses are used. Another unique feature is that the object instead of being seen in reverse focus as with present instruments, is viewed in its true prospective. Anm.
