Thomas Thynne, 1st Viscount Weymouth (1640 - 28 July 1714) was descended from Sir John Thynne of Longleat House and lived at Drayton Basset, near Tamworth. He was created Baron Thynne in 1680 and Viscount Weymouth in 1682. He had three sons all of whom predeceased him.
