MAYFAIR SOCIALITES DISPLAY THEIR EDWARDIAN WAISTCOATS 19.2.54. Edwardian waistcoats were given an airing at a fashionable party in the West End last night. Mr. Bobbie Owen, a leading young city financier, entertained guests in the Edwardian style at his home at 44 Mount Street, Mayfair. To qualify for entry, guests were asked to wear brocaded waistcoats; many flew from as far afield as the United States to attend the function. I.N.P.
