Glasdegib is a Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway inhibitor used to treat chemotherapy resistant AML (acute myeloid leukemia). Glasdegib molecule attaches to the Smoothened (Smo) transmembrane protein and inactivates the Hedgehog signaling pathway. Glasdegib sensitizes cells and reduces chemotherapy resistance.
