Miguel Gregorio de la Luz Atenogenes Miramon y Tarelo (1831-1867) Mexican general. Politically Conservative, supporter of monarchy and of the privileges of the Roman Catholic church. President of Mexico 1859-1860, resigned and fled to Europe. Returned and supported Emperor Maximilian and was executed with him and General Mejia for treason.
