BRETON, Thomas (Salamanca 1850-Madrid, 1923). Spanish composer. From 1872 to 1876 he directed the Musical Art Union. He was choirmaster and director of the Teatro Real and professor and director of the Conservatory of Madrid. He composed nine operas. Nineteenth-century engraving.
