Morocco: A door in the corner of the central courtyard with zellij mosaic tilework either side and murqanas vaulted niche above, Ben Youssef Madrasa (Medersa Ben Youssef), Medina of Marrakesh, Marrakesh. The Saadian Dynasty sultan, Abdallah al-Ghalib Billah (1517 - 1574), built the madrasa in 1565 (972 AH). It was once the largest Islamic college in the Maghreb (Northwest Africa).
